Now a days people don't have time to wait in a 15 minute queue as a dps, they are willing to pay a tank to queue with them for a instant queue. I have seen people buying tanks and healer for 50-150g for a single heroic. This is a good way to make some cash while gearing up or while doing your daily random heroic. If you feel that people don't want to pay you gold you can make a deal that you get all the gear that no one need. Which you then can disenchant.
This is something that also works with arenas people want to be boosted to 1400 for new gear pieces, it's easiest in 2 man because the person you pay makes a big different. a boost from 0 to 1400 could cost from 2000-6000gold, This depends how good you are at boosting them. How long it takes will depend on how good you are together the booster can easily win in the beginning but when you get up rating it will be hard if you don't have any pvp gear.
Arena boosting relies heavily on having a VERY good player with you, unfortunately on BB theres only a sparse few.
ReplyDeleteyes there are not many people that are good pvper, but if the person you boost is okay you can get up to 1400 rating with almost no problem
ReplyDeleteOnce again i have to disagree, getting up to 1400 isnt an easy feat, especially if you are no good at pvp, and especially in 2s, as its one of the hardest brackets on bronzebeard to get up.
ReplyDelete3s and 5s, are much easier to get rating.
i got boosted on my hunter to 1400 it was a bumpy ride but it didn't take that long to get to 1400. 3 and 5 team is easier to get rating if you join their team but if you are going to invite someone to your 3 vs 3 or 5 vs 5 teams it's gone be alot harder cause he's gone have to carry 4 or 3 people instead of 1 person
